Job summary

Collin Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, delivering a professional service experience to homeowners in Plano and surrounding Collin County. The role offers strong earning potential and a take-home company vehicle with a gas card.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible on-call arrangements and consistent residential work year-round.

Qualifications

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Own standard HVAC hand tools.
Ability to work independently in residential settings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and determine repairs.
Complete service and repair work accurately and efficiently.
Perform maintenance and system evaluations.
Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners; maintain professional customer experience from arrival to completion.
Follow company standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
