Collins Comfort Masters in Tempe, AZ seeks HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose and repair residential systems, provide options and pricing, order parts, and ensure code compliance. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.
