Job description

About the Role

At Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating, we don't just service HVAC systems — we keep families comfortable, safe, and confident in their homes year-round. As an HVAC Technician on our team, you'll handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across residential and light-commercial systems, working directly with the people who rely on us to get it right.

This role is equal parts technical skill and human connection. You'll diagnose problems, deliver solutions, and explain what's happening in a way that earns trust. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, believes in doing the job right the first time, and shows up ready to work hard for customers who'll remember how you treated them.

What You’ll Earn

This is a performance-based pay structure designed to reward skill, productivity, and quality work. Our technicians currently average $40–$60 per hour, with compensation built from base pay on service and maintenance calls plus commissions and spiffs for qualified sales and strong performance. Weekly pay. Overtime eligible.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Supplemental benefits available
  • PTO accrual begins after 90 days
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match after one year
