Job summary

Collin Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, delivering a professional service experience to homeowners in Plano and surrounding Collin County. The role offers strong earning potential and a take-home company vehicle with a gas card.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible on-call arrangements and consistent residential work year-round.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Own standard HVAC hand tools.
• Ability to work independently in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and determine repairs.
• Complete service and repair work accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and system evaluations.
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners; maintain professional customer experience from arrival to completion.

$30–$40/hr + Spiffs | $70K–$100K+ Potential | Local Collin County Routes

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair residential systems and provide homeowners with a professional service experience.
