Class A CDL Delivery Truck Driver

$27/Hour + Overtime | Mostly Home Daily | Monday–Friday
Boise, ID

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated delivery position based in Boise, Idaho. Drivers will deliver alcohol products to retail locations using dry van equipment.

This is a great fit for drivers looking for steady hourly pay, mostly home-daily routes, weekends off, and consistent weekly hours.

Pay

• $27 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Average 45 hours per week
• $50 per layover
• Paid weekly

At 45 hours per week, drivers can expect approximately $1,280 per week before additional layover pay, depending on hours worked.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Weekends off
• Varied morning start times
• Mostly home daily
• Occasional overnight routes
• Overnight stays are in hotels — not in the truck
• Multi-stop delivery routes

Job Responsibilities

Drivers will deliver cases of alcohol to retail stores using:

• Electric pallet jack
• Two-wheel dolly
• Lift-gate trailers

This is a hands-on delivery position, so drivers should be comfortable unloading freight and making multiple stops throughout the day.

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner tractors
• 48-foot and 28-foot dry van trailers
• Lift-gate equipped trailers

Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years old
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years, subject to additional restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident within the last 3 years
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of multi-stop delivery work
• Additional qualifications may apply
