Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and to operate an automatic 53’ truck for part-time shifts around Boise, ID. You’ll be home daily with no touch freight and weekend-off opportunities in a stable role.

Requirements include at least 1 year of CDL‑A experience within the last 3 years, valid CDL, DOT physical, and clean PSP with minimal moving violations. Read/write/speak English proficiently; 23+ years old.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A license preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles, roughly 2–4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for part-time shifts.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00/hr

Shift(s):

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm; and Saturday + On Call 7:00am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (2-4 of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (Part time) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive
