Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Boise, ID for part-time shifts that keep you home daily with no-touch freight. The role offers $25.00 per hour and weekend time off as part of a supportive team.

You will handle local truckload deliveries, drop-and-hook, and operate a 53’ automatic tractor-trailer within a 150-mile radius for 2–4 routes per shift. A valid CDL-A, DOT physical, and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must possess a valid CDL license.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Hourly Pay

$25.00/hr

Shift(s)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm; and Saturday + On Call 7:00am - 3:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (2-4 of routes) routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (Part time) shifts

What You’ll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
