Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites and represent SRM with professionalism. You’ll be home daily, with consistent routes and no Sunday work, supporting a safety‑first culture.

You will operate a concrete mixer truck, load and inspect concrete, and provide excellent customer service while following safety protocols. This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and strong team support at SRM.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record with commitment to safety.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and the team.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
