Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete with safety and customer service at the forefront. You will operate concrete mixer trucks, load and inspect concrete, and ensure timely deliveries to various job sites.

Qualifications

• It is required to hold an active Class A or Class B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
• Demonstrated safe driving history and a commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional representation of SRM.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities for field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
