Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Twin Trailers endorsements; no automatic restrictions.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to read maps and road signs; maintain driving logs; know DOT rules and safety requirements.
• Must pass DOT physicals and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally.
• Drive tractor-trailer in various conditions; perform vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload cargo; ensure accuracy of transport documents; especially for hazardous materials.
• Report incidents or delays; follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and present a professional image.
