Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver Class A to operate local routes with home daily. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• CDL A license and a valid MVR over the past 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds).

Responsibilities

• Drive a 53-foot tractor trailer in and around the site or on public roads.
• Touch freight position.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.

About The Role

As a CDL Driver, you'll not only drive our equipment, but you'll also drive our success! You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What You'll Do On a Typical Day

What You'll Need To Succeed At GXO

At a minimum you'll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver's license and an acceptable MVR over the past 3 years

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
