48forty Solutions, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. Earn $25.00–$26.00/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid $2,500 at 30 days and $2,500 at 90 days). Home daily, weekends off, and no touch freight on most routes.

Shifts: 1st (Mon–Fri 6:00am) or 2nd (Mon–Fri 4:00pm). Location: Nashville, TN. Expect local truckload deliveries, drop & hook, with 3–4 routes per shift and 53’ auto trucks for long shift days.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Must pass a DOT physical from a nationally registered DOT-approved physician.
• No disqualifying driving history in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primary drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles of Nashville; about 3–4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10–12 hour shifts.

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00-26.00/hr. with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am Start Time

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-Finished

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles of Nashville making about 3-4 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10-12 hour shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
