Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to work in Riverside, CA. The role features 2nd shift from 3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday, and a home-daily schedule with no touch freight.

You’ll handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and cover about three routes per shift while operating a 53' automatic dry van for long shifts. The position requires at least 1 year of CDL-A driving in the past 3 years, being 23 or older, and a valid CDL with a DOT

Qualifications

• CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years is required.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Must pass a DOT physical and have a valid commercial driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; mostly drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within ~150 miles; about 3 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic 53' truck/dry van for 10–12 hour shifts.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$30.00/hr.

Shift(s):

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM and EVERY OTHER SATURDAY

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about ( 3 routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for (10-12 hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred



• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
