48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to join our Kansas City operation. You’ll handle local truckload deliveries and drop-and-hook tasks, with routes typically within 40-600 miles and 1–10 routes per shift. Expect 8–14 hour shifts in a 53' automatic truck, home daily while enjoying weekend time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL license to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP score of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00/hr

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday:

The start time is 7:30, and the shift can range anywhere from 8-14 hours.

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (40-600 of miles) making about (1-10 of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for (8-14 hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
