Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Riverside, CA for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00PM–11:30PM, every other Sat). You will perform local deliveries and trailer drops, driving a 53’ automatic truck for long shifts and staying close to home with no touch freight.

Qualifications

• CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must pass DOT physical by a DOT-approved physician.
• No disqualifications to drive.
• DOT road test completed.
• PSP score 10 or below in past 3 years; higher scores reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries; drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within ~150 miles; about 3 routes per shift.
• Operate an automatic 53’ truck/dry van for 10–12 hour shifts.

Hourly Pay

$30.00/hr.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00PM – 11:30PM and EVERY OTHER SATURDAY

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about ( 3 routes) routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (10-12 hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
