48forty Solutions in Bartow, FL is hiring a CDL-A Driver for local truckload deliveries. The role features weekend offs, home daily, no-touch freight, and a $23.00/hr rate.

Shift is 1st: Mon-Fri 5:00am-2:00pm. You'll deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles, handle drop and hook, and operate an automatic 53' dry van on 10–12 shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No disqualifications on driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - higher scores reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$23.00/hr.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles of Bartow, FL making about 3-4 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for 10-12 shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
