Job summary

Relogistics Services in Bartow, FL is seeking a CDL Driver to handle local truckload deliveries with competitive pay of $23.00/hr and weekends off. You’ll be home daily, with no touch freight.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of CDL-A driving experience in the past three years and must be at least 23 years old. This position entails delivering and picking up trailers within 150 miles of Bartow, while driving an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van across 10-12 shifts.

Job description

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles of Bartow, FL making about 3-4 routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10-12 shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Work Environment

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
