48forty Solutions LLC is hiring a CDL Driver in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle local truckload deliveries, drop and hook, and manage 150-mile trailer runs across about three routes per shift. The role uses a 53’ automatic truck for long shifts up to 12 hours and requires daily reading, writing, and speaking English.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a CMV.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (10-12 hours) shifts

What You'll Need
