Qualifications

Local CDL Delivery Driver (Open)

Location: Burley, ID – Retail shop

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class B hazmat vehicle to deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes; collect empty cylinders, record transactions and obtain signatures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving service complaints, and building strong relationships.
• Handle loading, unloading, and safety compliance, including pre‑/post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintaining the vehicle’s condition.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading, transport, and unloading of products while adhering to DOT and company regulations.
• Maintain the vehicle with routine checks and keep it clean and ready for daily routes.
• Operate with high physical capability, safely handling and delivering products frequently lifting 25–75 lbs (up to 125+ lbs with material‑handling equipment) and bending, walking, standing, and driving for up to 8 hours a day.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of verifiable Class A or B CDL driving experience within the past 5 years, or recent graduate of an accredited driving school.
• Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement upon offer.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and minimum age of 21.
• Exceptional customer service skills and proactive attitude are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and read/comprehend material safety data sheets.
