Local CDL Delivery Driver – Henderson, CO
Location: Henderson, CO – Filling Industrial
What You’ll Do
- Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes.
- Collect empty cylinders from customers, record transactions, obtain signatures, and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Load, unload, and conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle checks, noting any issues and maintaining safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary customer ambassador, handling orders, resolving service complaints, and building strong relationships.
- Maintain the vehicle’s condition and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Handle high‑physical‑demand tasks, lifting 25–75 lbs (sometimes up to 125+ lbs with equipment), bending, walking, standing and driving for up to 8 hours a day.
Required Qualifications
- At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable under DOT requirements within the past 5 years, or recent graduate from an accredited driving school.
- Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat upon contingent offer.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and at least 21 years of age.
- Physical capability and stamina to lift 25–75 lbs routinely, up to 125+ lbs with material‑handling equipment.
- Proactive customer service skills and strong attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and read/comprehend material safety data sheets.
