Local CDL Delivery Driver (Open)

Location: Burley, ID - Retail shop

About the Role

We are hiring a Local CDL Driver in Burley, ID. The driver will operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes. Duties include collecting empty cylinders, recording transactions, obtaining signatures, addressing customer inquiries, loading and unloading, performing pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle checks, and maintaining a professional appearance and vehicle condition.

What You’ll Do

• Be a Customer Ambassador—the primary point of contact for customers, deliver products, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships.
• Safety and Efficiency—load, transport, and unload products safely while adhering to DOT and company regulations.
• Maintain Vehicle—perform routine maintenance checks and keep the truck clean and ready for daily routes.
• Physical Requirements—lift 25–75 lbs routinely and up to 125+ lbs with material handling equipment, bend, walk, stand, and drive for up to 8 hours a day while handling hazardous cargo.

Required Qualifications

• At least one full year of verifiable Class A or B CDL driving experience under DOT requirements within the past 5 years, or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one upon offer.
• A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and minimum age of 21.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, walk, stand, and drive for up to 8 hours a day with hazardous cargo.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
