Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a CDL Class A Driver responsible for safe operation of a commercial vehicle and courteous delivery to customers. You will unload, deliver, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, while operating material handling equipment as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old with 1+ year CDL A experience, able to lift up to 170 pounds, and available for 10–12 hour shifts with 4–5 daily stops.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 1+ year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent in the military.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• Safely operate PITs and MHE such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 10-12 hour shifts

• 4-5 daily stops

• Must have open availability to work any shift (weekends/holidays included) - we are a 24/7 operation

  Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
