Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for local deliveries in Severn, MD. You will safely operate a commercial vehicle, unload and deliver to customers, and perform routine vehicle inspections.

Expect 10–12 hour shifts with 4–5 daily stops; must have open availability including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation. Comprehensive benefits apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT or MHE such as pallet jack and hand truck.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have open availability to work any shift (weekends/holidays included) - we are a 24/7 operation

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.




• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle




• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck




• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military


• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
