Job summary

Ryder is seeking a CDL-A driver for a home-daily route based in Rialto, CA. Earn $1,040+ per week with 40 hours and $26.00 hourly pay. No-touch freight, and weekly pay with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Must obtain within 90 days of hire a HAZMAT endorsement; uniform and boot allowance provided, plus 401(k) with company match, PTO, maternity leave, and driver referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with at least 9 months of driving in the past 3 years.
• Minimum 21 years old and able to pass drug test and background checks.
• DOT physical and Ryder road test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver no-touch freight (office products) to Rialto and surrounding areas.
• Maintain safe driving practices and route adherence.
• Support 40-hour weekly schedule with home daily routine.

• Earn $1,040+ per week
• Hourly pay: $26.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 40 hours per week
• Route: Home daily
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Start time: 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM dispatch
• Deliver solo to: Rialto as far south as Santa Maria; LA Area; Palm Springs
• Tractor type: Day cab
• Trailer type: Dry van, 53'
• Equipment: Pallet jack
• Freight: No-touch - Office products
• Endorsements: HAZMAT - Must obtain within 90 days of hire

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years

• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
