Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is hiring a full-time Pick-up and Delivery Driver to serve our Memphis area. You will safely operate commercial motor vehicles, load/unload freight, and maintain accurate shipment records while ensuring on-time delivery and damage-free service.

Qualified candidates have a Class A CDL with hazmat, one year driving experience, pass DOT requirements, and be 21 or older. Benefits include insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat and double/triple endorsements.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical required.
• Satisfactory background check and ACT road test.
• Valid license ages 21+ and ability to operate a forklift if certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock.
• Record quantity and type of shipments using bills of lading and tally sheets.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with customers.
• Hook and unhook trailers and operate landing gear.
