AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking Dedicated Local Drivers to handle pickup and delivery within a limited area. Local drivers are paid hourly and typically work Sunday - Friday, though hours may vary by customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A with HazMat and double/triple endorsements required.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Satisfactory background check.
• One year driving experience required.

Responsabilités

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and legally.
• Check shipping papers for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records for state and federal regulations.
• Develop professional relations with customers and the public.
• Drive to destinations per federal regulations.
• Ensure shipping documents accompany shipments.
• Hook/unhook trailers and manage landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safety.
• Fuel trucks and tractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
