Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver with daily home time and a consistent nighttime schedule. Earn added income through exception pay, safety bonuses, and optional Hazmat certification with reimbursement.

Typical weekly pay ranges from $1,550 to $1,650, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a safety bonus up to $1,000 per year. Expect about 5% reefer/TCI freight and regular overtime as freight allows.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Familiar with overnight work and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal container freight operations with daily home time.
• Estimated 1,175 miles per week with 50% drop & hook and 50% live freight.
• Optional Hazmat certification with reimbursement upon proof of receipts.
• Adhere to safety rules, DOT regulations, and no-smoking policy inside the truck.
