Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver to haul rail containers across Southern California with no-touch freight and a home-daily schedule. The role offers a Friday–Tuesday shift, start times 2 PM–7 PM, and about 900 miles per week.

Average annual pay is around $83,000 with a $5,000 bonus and potential $3/day raises after a year, plus $3/day yearly increases up to $36/day. Optional 6th day boosts income.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
Hazmat endorsement not required at hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver rail-container freight from South Gate ramp to customers across Southern California.
Occasional Central Valley deliveries (Bakersfield, Lost Hills, Maricopa, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo).
Mix of drop/hook and live load/unload with no-touch freight.
Pick up empty containers and return them to the ramp/terminal.
Optional 6th day for additional income.
