Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be comfortable working overnight and willing to slip-seat when required.
• No SAP Drivers in your background.
• No smoking inside the truck.

Responsibilities

• Handle local intermodal container freight.
• Operate both drop & hook and live freight.
• Adhere to safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Provide consistent operations with daily home time.
• Occasional extra workdays based on freight volume.

Join a local intermodal account offering daily home time, consistent nighttime work, and steady freight. Drivers can earn additional income through exception pay, a safety bonus, and available extra workdays.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600-$1,700
• New hires average $1,403/week during the first 3-6 months
• $5,000 Bonus
• Safety Bonus: up to $1,000/year
• Exception pay for detention, breakdowns, rail delays, empty moves, and more
• Holiday pay after 90 days for 6 major holidays

Job Details

• Local intermodal container freight
• Approximately 1,175 miles per week
• Approximately 50% drop & hook / 50% live freight
• Intermodal chassis/container freight
• Approximately 5% reefer/TCI freight
• Consistent freight with additional work available based on volume
• Optional Hazmat certification with reimbursement upon proof of receipts

Shift Details

• Tuesday-Saturday
• 7:00 PM start
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Typically 10-hour days
• Additional hours may occasionally be required
• Extra workdays available based on freight volume
• Daily home time

Job Requirements
