Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver to provide local container freight service across Southern California with daily home time. The role includes handling ramps in Inland Empire/Los Angeles, auto-dispatch operations, and a slip-seat schedule.

Night shifts and full 11-hour driving windows are typical, with 10-hour breaks and up to 3–6 loads per day. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, at least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience, a clean driving record, and a DOT

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat not required.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal container freight operations in Inland Empire/Los Angeles area.
• Handle container freight across ramps in Long Beach, LA, Commerce, City of Industry, Bloomington.
• Slip-seat operation with auto-dispatch; no route selection by driver.
• No driver-assist loads.
