Job summary

Oldcastle APG in the United States is seeking a CDL A driver for local aggregate material pickup, hauling with tractor-trailer, and occasional flatbed deliveries. The role requires a clean MVR, 2+ years CDL experience, and strong safety and communication skills.

The position features local deliveries with home every night and responsibilities including pre-trip inspections, proper weight distribution, and accurate record-keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL A license with clean MVR and at least 2 years of CDL experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform pre-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Pickup raw aggregate materials using a tractor and end dump trailer.
• Safely dump raw materials using end dump trailer.
• Transport materials to customers in a safe manner and complete deliveries.
• Assist and supervise loading to ensure proper order and weight distribution.
• Maintain daily logs, fuel tickets, and delivery documentation per regulations.
