Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 21 years of age per FMCSA regulations and 1 year driving experience.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Able to operate a tractor trailer and meet FMCSA requirements.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA and company policies.
• Maintain records and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safe operation.
• Perform loading/unloading at customer sites and dock areas as required.
• May drive different schedules; may work at the dock based on business needs.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and the public.
• Work independently or in a team and adapt to high volume, time-constrained environments.
