Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a skilled Class A CDL driver to safely operate tractor-trailers and deliver freight across varied routes. You will perform pre-trip inspections, comply with FMCSA regulations, and maintain accurate records while ensuring the security of cargo.

The role requires endorsements (HazMat, Tanker, Doubles) and the ability to work independently or in a team. A valid CDL-A and proximity to the service center are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age per FMCSA regulations.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center/work assignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment and drive in varied terrain and conditions.
• Transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain required records and ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
