The Junkluggers is seeking a passionate Business Development Representative to enhance partnerships throughout Central New Jersey. This in-person role involves networking with local businesses, property managers, and other referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, enjoy meeting new people, and be motivated to grow within a dynamic small business environment. Compensation includes a base salary of $250/week plus performance-based bonuses and commission.

Flexible scheduling is available alongside exciting growth opportunities in the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with both in-person meetings and phone/email communication.

Responsibilities
