The Junkluggers is hiring a Business Development Associate to expand strategic accounts and referral networks. You’ll be a proactive self-starter who drives new business, builds relationships with local firms, and cultivates partnerships in a fast-growing, eco-conscious company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in phone sales or customer service.
• Outgoing personality with relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Results-driven mindset with goal achievement focus.
• Entrepreneurial and Creative mindset; eager to learn.
• Excellent organization and follow-through abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales/marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business via phone, email, networking and social media daily.
• Develop and manage a pipeline to drive new business growth.
• Build relationships with local businesses to win new customers.
• Join local networking groups and cultivate referrals.
• Collaborate with related industries to expand opportunities.
• Manage social media campaigns across major platforms.
• Schedule appointments and create weekly sales/marketing reports.
• Brainstorm partnership ideas and update CRM with data.
