Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the monthly local marketing calendar aligned with bakery goals and budgets.
• Lead local outreach, partnerships, catering and large-order lead generation, and in-market promotion.
• Coordinate in-bakery marketing, signage, promotions, and guest-facing messages with leadership.
• Track marketing activity, leads, sales contribution, follow-up, and ROI.
• Own event planning, community relationships, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate donations and local partnerships within approved budgets and strategy.
