Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Local Marketing Representative to grow sales through community engagement and targeted promotions in the Charlotte area. You will drive revenue via catering, corporate accounts, and fundraising partnerships.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building, and converting conversations into repeat business, with a focus on local partnerships and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Proactively visit local businesses, offices, schools, medical facilities, realtors, and community organizations to generate catering orders and repeat sales.
• Identify and engage decision-makers such as office managers, HR teams, event coordinators, and administrators.
• Present Nothing Bundt Cakes products, catering options, and programs to lead to orders, account setup, or follow-up.
• Build and manage a pipeline of active sales opportunities from initial contact through order completion.
• Generate new catering and bulk order leads and convert them into recurring business.
• Promote corporate gifting and holiday programs to drive revenue.
• Coordinate sampling events, pop-ups, and product drops to open accounts or drive orders.
• Support local store promotions to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Identify and secure fundraising partnerships with schools and nonprofits.
