Nothing Bundt Cakes #192 is seeking a creative Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to help tell our story and strengthen community ties at our Dulles and Reston-Herndon bakery locations.

You'll spend time in our bakeries capturing moments, meeting local businesses, planning events, and developing campaigns. This role collaborates with the owner to bring ideas to life and build relationships across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality, event planning, or community relations.
• Social media management experience with Canva and major platforms.
• Strong writing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: craft engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Community Engagement: build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, hospitals, and local businesses.
• Marketing: develop monthly calendars and seasonal promotions.
• Brand Storytelling: highlight team, guest celebrations, and community milestones.
• Event Planning: coordinate community events and grand openings.
• Performance Tracking: monitor engagement and adjust campaigns.
