Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead a guest-focused team, ensure smooth bakery operations and drive community marketing initiatives. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff while maintaining profitability and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, inventory control, and collaboration with local events to grow brand presence in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules; managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or requirement to obtain within 30 days).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• I. Team Leadership: lead guest-focused team, recruit, train and coach staff, and manage performance.
• II. Business Operations: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, payroll and reporting.
• III. Local Marketing: drive community outreach and event participation to raise brand visibility.
