XPO Logistics, Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Local Account Executive to grow sales in local and national accounts. You will conduct daily client visits, negotiate contracts, and work with service teams to ensure customer success.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of related experience), 1 year of B2B selling, proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce. Evening/weekend availability is expected, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military service
• 1 year of direct B2B selling experience supporting local and national sales
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
• Experience working with enterprise CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily face-to-face visits to drive sales in local and strategic accounts
• Grow share of wallet within existing customers and win new business
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
• Facilitate networking between Directors of Sales/Operations and the customer
• Coordinate with Customer Support staff to ensure effective service and satisfaction
• Develop relationships within customer organizations
