Responsibilities

Preparing lobster to meet quality, portion and time standards; maintaining station cleanliness/sanitation.

This is a full-time, hourly position. (Can be cut to part time)

AM and PM shifts available.

• Timely and accurately completes prep list including stocking, rotating and clean-up
