The Canteen, a year round, high-energy, fast-casual, community-focused restaurant institution in Provincetown, Massachusetts, is looking for dishwashers for our upcoming Summer season for both our restaurant and prep kitchen! The position requires at least one year of experience in a high volume kitchen (cook or dishwasher). Responsibilities include preparing menu items to meet quality, portion and time standards; maintaining line cleanliness/sanitation; and giving great service to co-workers and guests alike.

*both locations use manual 3 bay sink washing methods (no machine)

This is a full-time, hourly position.

AM and PM shifts available.

Flexible schedule required, weekends a must.

• Timely and accurately completes stocking, rotating and clean-up
• Efficiently maintains station throughout an entire shift
