Marksman Security LLC is hiring for a Full Time Lobby Security Officer in Plano, TX. This role focuses on front desk duties, access control, and CCTV monitoring in a professional, customer‑service driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a Texas non‑commissioned security license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior security or front desk experience. This position offers full‑time hours, a sign-on bonus, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid Texas non-commissioned security license required.
• Experience in front desk or lobby security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real time.
• Monitor CCTV for unsafe conditions, door status, and security violations.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders as needed.
• Manage calls and alerts via internal communications and weather updates.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Operate badging software and client policies for access control.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
