Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, front areas, and guest spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning entrances, lounges, and dining areas, handling linens, and assisting with supplies, while upholding safety standards and hotel policies.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have open availability and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and front areas.
• Clean and maintain the lobby and lounge area as needed.
• Distribute clean linen to floor linen rooms and assist laundry attendants.
• Assist housekeepers with supplies, cribs, and rollaway items.
• Empty trash and linen from housekeepers’ carts and manage waste.
• Clean glass indoors throughout the hotel and ensure a neat appearance.
• Follow uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Be able to move luggage or packages up to 30 pounds.
• Support emergency procedures and follow hotel policies.
