Job summary

Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a friendly busser/food runner to join the Food & Beverage team. You will deliver items, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming dining area, ensuring a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Expect to work with a dynamic team, meet cleanliness standards, and participate in side duties as needed. Active Food Handler Certification is required, with RBS preferred by local regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, and reset.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby lounge areas and service stations.
• Monitor water service, condiments, and guest supplies.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
• Support opening, ongoing, and closing side work duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and departmental policies.
