Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a dedicated culinary team member to join our kitchen. You will arrive prepared, follow recipes, assist with hot line service, and ensure strict safety and sanitation standards across both hot and cold stations.

You will work under culinary leadership to maintain quality, reduce waste, and support accurate par levels. A California Food Handler Card is required to apply.

Formación

• Ability to operate and clean all kitchen equipment safely and properly.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive for scheduled shift prepared with required kitchen tools and attire.
• Attend line-up meetings with culinary leadership about par levels and updates.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health code compliance in all areas.
• Ensure proper hygiene and professional appearance.
• Follow food quality standards per Culinary Leadership and guidelines.
• Prepare food per recipes and yield guides; ensure plating accuracy.
• Assist with hot line service and prep tasks as needed.
