Fairmont Grand Del Mar invites a skilled Lobby Lounge Bartender to join our luxury resort team in San Diego. You will prepare and serve beverages for servers and guests with speed and courtesy in a five-star setting.

You will ensure flawless service, maintain bar setup and mise en place, and assist guests with cocktail and wine selections during both core service and private functions.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in bar or high-volume bar environment.
• Exemplary knowledge of spirits and wine, and food pairing.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• RBS Certification required.
• Must read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, services and facilities.
• Most tasks indoors with moderate temperature control.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide stylish service from start to finish during a five-star dining experience.
• Display a congenial appearance and be well groomed at all times.
• Prepare mise en place and bar setup per SOP.
• Assist guests in receiving a flawless dining experience, offering cocktails and wine service.
• Prepare cocktails for main dining room and private functions.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of service areas and restocking.
