Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego is seeking a Holiday Season Grand Social Bartender to deliver five-star beverage service in a high-volume luxury setting.

You will showcase expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine while maintaining impeccable guest interactions. The role requires previous bartending experience, food-handling credentials, and a passion for premium hospitality in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume setting.
• Exemplary knowledge of spirits and wine; ability to pair with dining selections.
• Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Display a congenial appearance and maintain grooming in all shifts.
• Set up mise en place for service according to SOP and bar standards.
• Assist with bar setup, garnishes, wine by the glass, ice, and side duties for service.
• Provide guests with a flawless dining experience and elegant beverage service.
• Prepare and expedite cocktails for dining room and private functions.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of service areas and storage.
