Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in bar or high-volume bar environment.
• Exemplary knowledge of spirits and wine and food–wine pairing.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• RBS Certification required.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Reading and writing to facilitate communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic math and calculator proficiency.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem solving and rational decision making.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and services.
• Most tasks indoors with moderate temperature.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service from guest arrival to departure.
• Set up bar according to SOP and ensure mise en place.
• Prepare cocktails for main dining room and private events.
• Assist service colleagues with bar setup, garnishes, and stock.
• Ensure guest identifications and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area for next shift.
