HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring for a restaurant server support role. Assist the Outlet Manager and servers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and provide guests with stellar service.

You will clear and reset tables, stock stations, serve beverages, and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area while adhering to attendance rules. Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Reset all service ware promptly and consistently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available on a regular basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
